Class Description
These classes are designed to introduce you the the fundamentals of pole. You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques. From basic spins, to climbs, to pole poses, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone with no previous pole experience, or as a refresher of the basics.

Please note that all sessions are FINAL sale. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Late policy notice* Warm up is a fundamental section of your pole class. For your own safety and well being, and out of respect to fellow students, students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to attend class, with no class refunds.
