Class Description

These classes are designed to increase your knowledge and proficiency of the fundamentals of pole. You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques. From basic spins, to climbs, to pole poses, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone that attended at least one Beginner Pole Technique I course, or as a refresher of the fundamentals.
