Class Description
These classes are designed to solidify and advance your knowledge and proficiency of the fundamentals of pole, before moving up to the Intermediate Pole Technique course; You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques. From basic/intermediate spins, to climbs, to basic inverts, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone that attended at least TWO Beginner Pole Technique 2 course, or as a refresher of the basics of inversions and climbs. *If you haven't take a pole class at Pole's [R]evolution before, please get in touch with polesrevolution@gmail.com to confirm if you are ready for this class*

Please note that all sessions are FINAL sale. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Late policy notice* Warm up is a fundamental section of your pole class. For your own safety and well being, and out of respect to fellow students, students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to attend class, with no class refunds.
