Class Description

*Open-level class, no experience necessary* Come prepared to shake your booty, tone your abs and glutes, and have lots of fun! We will break down the technique and combine the moves into some bootylicious choreo. This class is a real mood booster! -Indoor flat shoes (runners), knee pads recommended, comfortable clothing (loose pants or shorts) recommended.
