Power up your pole game by joining this full body workout that will use the pole to target the muscle groups most commonly used in pole (spoiler all of them!). Do you have a pole at home and you want to add some pole conditioning exercises to your repertoire? This is the class you have been asking for! Prerequisites: Open level
