Class Description

In this 75-minute workshop, for levels Intermediate 2 and up, we will - Warm up - Learn a fun holiday pole combo that takes you upside down and up the pole. - Film at the end (if you want to) so feel free to dress up! - Cool down *Must have choppers and both leg hangs*
