Class Description

Get ready to get aerial! In this session you’ll step it up a notch in your strength and endurance game; your repertoire will expand with new tricks, transitions and combinations (and yes, aerial inverts!) that are meant to challenge your body and mind in the most fun way. *To sign up for this level you must have taken at least one session of Intermediate Pole Technique II AND to have authorization from the teacher.
