Class Description

Feeling confident and strong in those leg hangs? It’s time to start expanding your pole vocabulary with new pole poses and more complex transitions. You’ll also start linking moves together into combos, which will increase dramatically your stamina on the pole. *To sign up for this level you must have taken at least one session of Intermediate Pole Technique I AND to have authorization from the teacher.
