Class Description
This workshop is for anyone who either needs to clean up their inverts and choppers or are just about to learn them. First you will learn conditioning exercises that you can do at home, to target the muscles you need for inverts. We will then go through the proper technique and progressions of choppers on how to achieve them successfully. If you already have your choppers from the ground you will begin to work aerially. If you are just learning inverts, you will work from the ground. Prerequisites - Have completed Beginner 2, have strong pull up crunches and can climb.

Please note that all sessions are FINAL sale. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Late policy notice* Warm up is a fundamental section of your pole class. For your own safety and well being, and out of respect to fellow students, students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to attend class, with no class refunds.
