Class Description

It's no secret that pole dancing and flexibility training go hand in hand! In this beginners friendly 8 weeks session, we'll work with passive and active stretches that will help improve your range of motion as a result of increasing your muscles flexibility. Your performance on the pole will improve, the risk of injuries will decrease and you'll better your overall mobility for your everyday's activities!

Please note that all sessions are FINAL sale. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Late policy notice* Warm up is a fundamental section of your pole class. For your own safety and well being, and out of respect to fellow students, students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to attend class, with no class refunds.
