Class Description

*please note: this class has a maximum capacity of 10 people (2 people per pole)* These classes are designed to introduce you the the fundamentals of pole. You'll learn a range of skills that will increase your upper body strength, flexibility, coordination and stamina, with an emphasis on correct techniques. From basic spins, to climbs, to pole poses, floor work and choreography, these classes are perfect for anyone with no previous pole experience, or as a refresher of the basics.
