Class Description
Lyrical Pole Flow (Open Level) Ready to move with intention and find your unique flow on the pole? Join us for an 8-week journey through Lyrical Pole. We will cover two different routines throughout the term (4 weeks each), allowing you to explore different emotional "vibes" within the lyrical genre. What to expect: Flowy transitions, floorwork, and emotive choreography. Prerequisites: While open level, having a basic understanding of pole grips (Beg 1) will help you get the most out of the choreo!

Please note that all sessions are FINAL sale. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. *Late policy notice* Warm up is a fundamental section of your pole class. For your own safety and well being, and out of respect to fellow students, students arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to attend class, with no class refunds.
